Yes we provide well equipped accommodation in lush green ashram in Rishikesh and you can choose shared or single room.
Is course online or offline?
We have both the options available at Ravindram. Even Yoga Alliance researched, yog and meditation are beneficial and recreatinal, it can be taught online and offline efficiently by trained experienced yogi/teacher.
Will is get access to gluten free food?
Yes you can avail gluten free also. Food served is cooked in a traditional satvic way.
